Landscape Custom Planter

What we are looking for

We are looking for a plant enthusiast to help implement our custom designs at Lacoste Garden Centre this Spring. Someone who will take pride in helping our clients surround themselves with beautifully designed planters & landscapes. Someone who will work both at the greenhouse and on site at our clients' homes and locations.

Requirements and Qualifications

• We are looking for a self-starter that can lead well in a group dynamic.
• Knowledge of annuals, perennials & tropical plants is an asset.
• 2 years' experience with plants/greenhouse duties.
• Driver's license
 

Job Summary

This role focuses on efficiency executing custom planter designs with attention to detail .  The planting team is responsible for preparing materials, assembling plant selections, and ensuring a smooth installation process both in the greenhouse and on-site.  They will also coordinate logistics for deliveries and installations, maintaining clear communication with the team and clients to bring each design to life.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to work in heat
• Lift heavy objects.
• Organize/clean the customs greenhouse
• Communicate with manager, team & other greenhouse staff.
• Drive to sites to oversee the onsite plantings.
