Part Time Stock Associate

 Lacoste Garden Centre is looking for new members of our back end receiving/merchandising team. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast paced environment but can also be self motivated while working independently. We want someone who enjoys working in a team to achieve a common goal and can handle daily physical labour in potentially high or low temperatures.

Requirements and Qualifications

· 1 year customer service

· Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Good organization skills with attention to detail

· Strong time management and multitasking skills

· Flexible schedule

· Available for on call shifts

· Data entry experience an asset

Job Summary

The stock associate will work with the Receiving Department to execute a variety of tasks.  They will set up displays and prepare products for retail.  They will assist in the pricing, sorting and stocking of a wide variety of products

Duties and Responsibilities

· Setting up Displays

· Organizing back stocked product and preparing it for the sales floor

· Cleaning and stocking store shelves with merchandise

· Assisting receiving manager in inventory counts and spot checks in varying conditions

· A variety of seasonal tasks at the instruction of management

· Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

· Light data entering on company POS
